Make your elf’s arrival extra special this year with our Elf Arrival House! Featuring a personalised helium balloon and packed with an activity book, Christmas stickers and much more our Elf Arrival House is the perfect way for your cheeky Elf to arrive!

This option does not include an elf, perfect for you to add your own.

Whether you are bracing yourself for the arrival of the first elf in your home or you are welcoming your elf’s return, we are here to make it a memorable and magical experience for you and your family.

All of our Elf Arrivals will be collection only from our address in Burgess Hill, we will be unable to offer delivery. Please complete your enquiry through our website and we will email over the invoice with payment details. Please note, invoices may not be sent until after the 15th September.

Elf Arrivals T’s & C’s:

1. Elf balloons will be collection only – if you have any concerns about this please message us privately or leave a note in the box at the end of this order.
2. Collection will be from our address in Burgess Hill and details will be added to your confirmation email.
3. Payment is required once the invoice and confirmation email have been sent over. This is required to confirm your order. If we do not receive payment, we will be unable to fulfil your order.
4. Each design is lovingly created by hand so no two designs will be exactly the same.
5. These designs are subject to availability, if we are unable to get hold of something we will contact you with alternative options asap.
6. Balloons are fairly temperature sensitive, so as soon as they have been collected they need to be taken out of your car and placed inside at room temperature. They must be kept away from heat, sun, sharp objects and animals. We do not hold any responsibility if the balloons become damaged once they have been collected.
