No, we do not have a minimum spend to order from us. We do have a minimum spend to allow free delivery within our free delivery area.
Yes, we do deliver and collect all hire items. We cover most of Sussex, but deliver within a 20-mile radius from our Burgess Hill base for free with a minimum spend. Anything further than this is charged per mile.
Delivery is free for packages over £50, within a 20-mile radius of Burgess Hill, anything below this may incur a small delivery charge.
Local delivery, including Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Hassocks and surrounding Villages, is free for all orders over £10.
Yes, we do require a deposit. For our hire items on orders under £500, this is usually 50% of your total balance, plus a refundable security deposit required to cover any damages. The security deposit varies depending on the items hired. The remaining 50% balance is then due one week before your event.
For orders over £500, we can discuss different options.

We prefer that our Light Up Numbers and Letters are used indoors, but with prior agreement, these can be situated outside (weather dependant). See our Terms & Conditions for further details.

This will vary; however, we love to take bookings as far in advance as possible. So, if for example you’re looking at a wedding in a year or two’s time, get in touch and we would love to book you in and start putting together ideas for your special day!
